Minority Rights in Ukraine After the Maidan Revolution: Change or Continuity?

Abstract This paper explores the state of minority rights in Ukraine following 2014 Maidan revolution. The revolution has been largely regarded as most radical attempt at de-institutionalizing post-Soviet politics and order since 1991 forging a new Ukrainian nation.
